The head of state traveled to address national troops in the Pokrovsk area on the weekday. The president confirmed that he met with fighters at the military base of the first unit of the National Guard of Ukraine Azov, which is leading defense efforts in the Dobropillya sector, a town approximately 20km from the focal point.

Volatile Conditions in Pokrovsk

Geospatial data from a national effort indicated that invading troops had advanced deeper into Pokrovsk and nearby locations, though significant areas was not fully held by both forces. The status is precarious, with reports indicating that opposition troops were digging in and enhancing fortifications in some districts.

Russian forces are pushing forward in the Pokrovsk sector and seem to be functioning with increasing comfort within urban Pokrovsk.

Analysts noted that defense units had recaptured substantial territory of a Russian penetration in the Dobropillya area, on the east side of the Pokrovsk effort.

Ukrainian Aerial Attacks Deep Inside Russian Territory

National unmanned aircraft struck a factory approximately over 800 miles inside Russian territory at the city. Local officials announced a detonation at the industrial complex that caused its water treatment facility to partially collapse, adding that the reason for the blast was undetermined. The Ukrainian military general staff stated there was significant destruction to the complex.

National forces said it struck a Lukoil oil refinery at the city in the federal district east of Moscow. The degree of impact was being assessed. The territorial leader confirmed an attack by multiple unmanned aircraft near the area.

Russian Security Policy Changes

Defense force members will now have to secure petroleum plants against unmanned assaults after Vladimir Putin approved legislation on the weekday expanding their participation in the conflict. Zelenskyy's Calls for Global Assistance

Zelenskyy urged the US to continue considering to supplying Kyiv with extended-distance arms. Speaking at an EU meeting from the Pokrovsk area, the head of state also demanded more global measures on the federation – including on Russia's gas and nuclear sectors – and said he sought accession to the union before 2030.

The European nation plans to raise its military aid to the nation by three billion euros next year to about 11.5 billion euros, the treasury department in Berlin said on the start of the week.
